With my wide experience I guide company managers as well as executives coaching them in,  taking on a new position, personal development, managerial stance, vocational repositioning, crisis management, and post burn-out recovery

At L'Ostalas my new concept coaching sessions take on three forms.

1- In house face to face sessions :
I go to the coachees workplace.

From June to September I alternate

2- Distance coaching through video - conference.

3-' Residential' coaching
Coachees are given 2 coaching sessions during their 4 day stay at the Ostalas one on the first day and one on the last day. The idea is to offer the coachees a sort of "mini retreat" in the particularly favourable Ostalas surroundings;  during which they take a moment out of life to re-connect with themselves and journey along the path to personal and spiritual development.
