Individual coaching

With my wide experience I guide and coach individuals and, according to the direction they wish to take to reach their objectives, give support when they question themselves, come up against difficulties, have trouble moving on in either personal or working life or both.

All this takes place in in the particularly favourable L'Ostalas surroundings devoted to well being, resourcing and personal development. 

On top of the group activities included in L'Ostalas programme I can organise one or even several supplementary coaching sessions  for those who wish, with the option of carrying on by video conference once the stay has ended.
