La ville rose (The Pink City)
It is named so due to the pink hue of the brick buildings. It is the Capital of the Occitanie region.
Visit
The Capitole, the Saint Sernin basilca, the Jacobine convent, The Machine Hall, the old Slaughterhouse, the XVII century Augustine Museum. The Canal du MIdi and its works of art and which links the Garonne to the Mediterranean sea also deserves a visit and why not walk bike or sail along it.
