"I was looking for a place for a solo retreat that would offer me calm, nature, healthy food, access to a spa and/or swimming pool, with ecological practices, and the possibility of doing some wellness activities. The Ostalas met all my desires. Everything is extremely well thought out and done with heart and pure intentions. There are several very creative and interesting extra touches. The three activities per day were varied, the swimming pool superb, the meals. delicious ayurvedic dishes. The hosts did everything to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. I couldn't have asked for more and I hope to return soon. Thank you very much Brigitte and François.
