Qi Gong
An age old practice which maintains a healthy body and mind
Qi Gong is a combination of natural slow movements, postures, breathing and breath control, concentration and body awareness.
Qi Gong relaxes the mind and the body, eases tension, improves flexibility and dynamism thus allowing energy to circulate better.
It is also a way of life, reactivating sensations and restoring confidence in your own body.
At L'Ostalas we offer Qi Gong, firstly because this ancient practice has been designed to remain healthy and to nurture the spirit; it is also an excellent way of begining the day and of reconnecting.
