At L'Ostalas, yoga is one of our flagship practices. From yin yoga to hatha vinyasa, sun salutations and dragon dance, we offer several hours of classes each week led by qualified teachers. Specialised in their fields, their unique and complementary approaches allow you to discover or deepen your practice. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our teachers know how to adapt the classes to suit each individual's level, ensuring an enriching and personalised yoga retreat.
